Dylan Schifrin

DYLAN SCHIFRIN is an award-winning composer/lyricist and librettist. Distinctions include: 2x Jonathan Larson Grant Finalist, New Musicals Inc. New Voices Project Finalist, Eugene O'Neill National Music Theatre Conference Semifinalist, and the National YoungArts Foundation Finalist in Playwriting. He has developed work within the Johnny Mercer Songwriters Project, IAMA Theatre Company Emerging Playwrights Lab, BMI Musical Theatre Workshop, and the UNTITLED Musical Project Writers Group. Dylan's writing for TV has been distinguished by ScreenCraft, Stage 32 and Reboot Studios, among others, and he worked as music assistant to songwriter Bobby Lopez on the Hulu series UP HERE. His work has been heard at 54 Below, The Rockwell Table and Stage, HERE Arts Center, and other venues, and his TikTok musicals with Pixel Playhouse have accrued millions of views. He is currently developing a project with Grammy-winning songwriter Mark Sonnenblick & 2x Tony-winning producer Danielle Perelman, and another with Argentinian DJ/artist RATTLESNAKKE (also his cousin).
