Frank Galgano

Frank Galgano is an innovative and versatile artist with extensive experience in theater, music, and recording. As a director and performer, his work has been seen in New York, regionally, and on tour. Frank is best known for his creative partnership with his husband, Matt Castle. As writers, musical arrangers, orchestrators, and music supervisors, their work is featured across the entire Disney Cruise Line fleet, and has been heard at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, and in numerous off-Broadway and regional productions. Key projects include The Little Mermaid and Seas the Adventure for Disney Cruise Line; Scotland, PA and Into the Woods (with Fiasco Theater) for Roundabout Theatre Company; Found for the Atlantic Theater Company; and the off-Broadway musical Once Upon a Mattress starring Jackie Hoffmann and Lypsinka. They have created arrangements for a star-studded list of performers including Randy Rainbow, Beth Leavel, Kristin Chenoweth, Cynthia Erivo, Santino Fontana, Carole King, Aloe Blacc, and Randy Newman. They are currently writing music for an original show for Disney Cruise Line, completing an unfinished musical by the late Keith Herrmann with librettist Barry Harman, and scoring their first documentary film. The duo also recently launched Brainstorm Records, a boutique label for unique music. Frank is also a theatrical producer. Through sister company, Brainstorm Live Entertainment (co-founded with Steven Johnston, Esq.), he is developing new projects for Broadway, off-Broadway, and London.
