Matt Sav is a Brooklyn-based Chief Creative, Executive Producer, Writer/Director, and Composer chasing the future of storytelling through sight, sound, and song. As Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer at Pod People, Matt helped grow and lead an award-winning content marketing agency behind 100+ chart-topping podcasts, videos, and social series for Netflix, HBO, Spotify, Vogue, CNN, and other global leaders in media and tech. A leading visionary in audio fiction, Matt directed and executive produced EA’s Dragon Age: Vows & Vengeance, winner of the TribecaX Award and two Webby Honorees, with over 13 million minutes streamed. Matt also co-created, executive produced, and composed the podcast musical In Strange Woods (Apple’s #1 fiction podcast, iHeart nominee, currently in TV development), and executive produced and directed the Gen Z breakout hit The Royals of Malibu (150M+ TikTok views, named Audible’s “Best of 2023”). Matt is a proud LGBTQ+ creative, UVA alum (go Hoos), and a passionate advocate for bold, emotionally resonant storytelling—whether through headphones, screens, or live experiences.
