
Michelle Kuchuk
Michelle Feza Kuchuk is a Turkish and American theatermaker. As a writer, Michelle has had her plays produced in New York City, adapted and produced in podcast format, and published. She was recently a finalist for Working Theater’s Mark Plesent Commission (2025), a finalist for Noor Theatre’s Highlight Series (2025), and a semi-finalist for the 2025-6 Colt Coeur Residency. Directing and assistant directing credits include: Sons of the Prophet (Roundabout) and Beautiful Thing (Nicu’s Spoon Theater). Michelle is currently directing and dramaturgically developing the musical Sunken Cathedral, which was accepted to New York Theatre Barn’s prestigious summer residency (2025). As a subject matter expert in mental health and suicide, Michelle also provides dramaturgical support and expert consulting for writers & creators wishing to tell powerful and authentic stories in these areas. michellefeza.com
